About Me
I’m Isaac Buzadzhi.
I am a civil engineering student working toward one goal: making natural building practical enough to use at real scale.
I am completing an Associate in Engineering at Central Piedmont and plan to transfer to UNC Charlotte for a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. My long-term goal is to help build durable, affordable communities from materials that connect people back to the land.
My current focus is compressed earth block construction and the system around it: soil mixes, moisture protection, foundations, building codes, manufacturing, financing, and repeatable construction. This website documents the research and projects that move that work forward.
